Do you want to start a new life in Denmark?

We welcome doctors, nurses, and midwives to a modern and unique hospital in scenic Denmark

We have made the relocation easy, and we offer a lot, and much more than you might expect. We offer access to our world class public healthcare system with high medical standards, some of the best conditions for a healthy work-life balance in the world, an excellent and free education system, and the most beautiful surroundings close to the sea.

We offer a great life in Denmark with the opportunity to balance career ambitions, family, and social life. It is easy to get around in our small and charming country and wherever you go, you will meet nice and trustful people. If you like, you can also join some of our many local culture and sports organisations. The welfare system ensures that all citizens have access to everything from free education to free healthcare and a good safety net.

We offer personal and professional development in an international environment with talented and highly qualified medical professionals. We prioritise high medical standards, the development of medical and managerial skills and offer the opportunity to combine clinical practice with research projects.

We consider a good working environment and a high level of well-being as essential for creating good patient pathways. We work actively to promote the development of a “hospital without borders” when it comes to cooperation both internally across specialisations and departments and externally with other hospitals, general practitioners, municipalities, universities, and researchers around the world.

We offer a good work-life balance where you, as a medical professional, work 37 hours on average per week. The salary, we offer, is based on current agreements including seniority, qualifications, shifts, etc. and the possibility of extra payment, if you work more than 37 hours in a week. Moreover, you get attractive benefits such as pension contribution, holiday and sick leave and occupational accident insurance.

We offer an easy relocation and guidance along the way, as we are aware of the comprehensive process connected to moving to another country. A relocation company will assist you with all the formalities, finding a new home, schools, or kindergartens etc. We also provide a wide range of services to your partner.

You can live wherever you like, anywhere in Denmark or even in a neighbouring country. However, keep in mind that we can offer plenty of beautiful and affordable housing by the water, and we would love, if you chose to live close to the hospital. Nykøbing Falster is located in the most beautiful surroundings with lots of opportunities for water sports and other outdoor activities, such as visiting Stevns Klint (which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and Denmark’s best beach, Marielyst Strand.
