Are you ready for an adventure and a career change away from the hospital setting? We are currently recruiting for the Emergency Retrieval Team of our South Eastern Section. Based in Dubbo, NSW (400km north-west of Sydney), opportunities are available for full time Retrieval doctors to join our team. With us you’ll get the best of both worlds, regional living and the opportunity to be with a patient from the second they call for help to ensure they receive
state-of-the-art critical care, wherever they are. 

No two days or two patients will be the same. We operate out of our bases in Dubbo and Broken Hill, and our doctors rotate between the two. Duties include emergency retrieval, emergency telehealth services, as well as the opportunity to work in the modern Anaesthetic Department at our local hospital.

Who are we looking for? We require our Medical Officers to:

• have a minimum of 4 years post graduate experience and be an advanced trainee
• have experience in the management of critically ill patients including trauma;
• ideally have knowledge of ALS, APLS, ATLS (or equivalent) and modern critical care practice
• have a recent English language test result acceptable to the Australian Medical Board.
